2-Step Skillet Chicken Broccoli Divan
* 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
* 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut up
* 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’sÂ® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1. Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
2. Add broccoli, soup and milk. Cover and simmer 5 min. or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.
