oh man i wish i had grill. I’m going to try this as soon as i can i love brats but how you cook up puts everything i’ve seen to shame.

Thank you, I will be trying this out next weekend. I am very glad you kept things very true in the sense you didn’t say here is the begin product, screen flip, here is the finished product. I hate those cooking demonstrations, show me as much of the process as possible.

Bratwurst look amazing. The bread looks like it ruins them though. A nice crusty French baguette is the way to do it!

Just tried this today, brats turned out great. I had to use a gluten free beer since I have celiac disease. So I used some Bard’s Beer, boy did that ever taste good. Thank you for the awesome video.

exactly. Becks is about as German as Budweiser. Interbrew buy everything up. The best German beers are the local brewery beer, and you can’t really get them outside of Germany. I like Krombacher which is more national and Hasseroeder which is local to Hannover. There is a beer hall in Munich called Augustiner which do excellent beer, i go there when i can.
