Brandy Butter

This is the classic accompaniment for Christmas pudding.
50 Gram Butter, softened (2 oz)
110 Gram Icing sugar (4 oz)
2-3 Tablespoon Brandy
Method
Makes about 175g (6 oz)
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and creamy. Beat in the brandy. Pile into a small dish, and put in a cool place to harden. Sprinkle with a little more icing sugar just before serving.
