Chicken, parsley and almond salad
* 1 chicken breasts,
* 2 handfuls parsley, fresh
* 1 tbsp olive oil,
* 0.5 lemons, juice only
* 1 pinches sea salt,
* 50 g almonds, toasted
1. Using your hands, mix the parsley and chicken together in a large bowl or on a large plate.
2. Dribble over the olive oil and, still using your hands, toss to mix.
