Chicken Strips and Green Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken brest
250g bean sprouts
6 green cabbage
SEASONING:
A. salt, wine, cornstarch
B. Salt, MSG
METHODS:
1. Slice the chicken into strips, mix with A for 20 min
2. Remove the head and toe of bean sprouts, cut green cabbage vertically
3. Stir fry the chicken in 3 tbsp oil, add bean sprouts and B, stir well then remove to a plate
4. Blanch the green cabbage, mix with a dash of salt and oil and arrange around the chicken
