Chocolate Nut Clusters

You could always try other nut combinations.

Ingredients

175 Gram Plain or white chocolate (6 oz)
110 Gram Unsalted peanuts (4 oz)
50 Gram Flaked almonds (2 oz)
50 Gram Hazelnuts (2 oz)

Method

Makes about 450g (1 lb)
Cover a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper. Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl. Place over a saucepan of hot water and heat until melted. Remove from the heat and stir.
Stir in the nuts and mix until coated. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the non-stick baking paper. Leave until the chocolate is dry and set. Store in an airtight container.
