COCONUT SAMBOL
f
1 cup (250 g) finely grated fresh coconut or steamed dried coconut
3-6 medium-length green chilies, chopped
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
Salt to taste
½ -1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, to taste
METHOD
Grind all the ingredients together, adding the lime juice last and a little water if necessary to keep everything turning
