Maangchi, I made this soup yesterday for dinner. It was surprisingly tasty with rice! Very simple to make. I am going to try to make your other dishes. Can I use the Korean grill plate for pork belly on regular gas stove top or do I need to buy the gas burner also? Thanks and keep up the good work!

what does dry pollock taste like?
we have something very similar in taiwan, and they are sweet and salty, we eat them as snacks.
