Ebi no Sakamushi – Sake Steamed Shrimp Recipe


  • 8 shrimps, deveined
  • 1/4 cup sake rice wine


Heat sake in a large pan. Put shrimp and cover the pan with a lid. Steam on low heat for a couple minutes. Stop the heat and let cool. Serve with kimizu sauce on the side.
