Because I grow lotz of Vegetables in my garden,I like to vacuum bag,and freeze my
vegs. What I would like to do with eggplant is slice it thin,egg wash it,dip it in breadcrumbs,vacuum seal and freeze.Does eggplant do ok being froze,and then thawed out ? Anyone ?
