Each layer was too moist? It had clumps and felt like dough & it wouldn’t go through the sifter. I followed the measurements but it didn’t come out right. O_O
@SakiWatari did you end up making it for the exchange student? if so were they happy! its very thoughtful of you to go to that trouble to make someone feel at home good for you!
can you flavor one of the layers with toasted black sesame instead of the cocoa? If you grind them fine enough the texture might be the same but I was wondering about the flavor.
