Eye opener (hangover cure)

Ingredients
* 2 dashes of absinthe,
* 2 dashes of Orange Curacao,
* 2 dashes of amaretto (almond liqueur),
* 30 ml rum,
* 1 tsp caster sugar,
* 1 egg yolk,
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve immediately.
