Fried Little Drumsticks

Ingredients:

10 little drumsticks

Seasoning:

wine, soy sauce, pepper, sugar, 2 yolk, 1 dish tapioca

Methods:

1. Clean the drumsticks and marineate with seasoning for 20 min

2. Warm 1/2 pot of oil for fring the drumsticks

3. Mix the drumsticks with yolk and dredge tapioca, then fry them till golden.
