Green Curry Burgers

INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons Green Curry Paste 1 lb ground turkey 1 cup chopped onion 4-6 buns or rolls
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add Curry Paste to mixing bowl. Spread it against sides with spatula to soften. If curry is too hard, dissolve it in 1 tablespoon of hot water before mixing into turkey.
  2. Add turkey and onions to curry. Mix well.
  3. Form into 4-6 burgers.
  4. Grill or pan-fry until turkey is cooked through, and no longer pink inside. Serve on buns or rolls.
