For anyone who doesn’t want to watch this video 18 times to get the recipe:
2 Qt Water
1 TSP Dried Thyme
1/2 TBSP Cayenne
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Onion Flakes
1 TBSP Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 C Coarse Salt or 1/4 C Table Salt
1/2 C Sugar
Brine for 1 hour to 1.5 hours max, wash off chicken or dry with paper towels. Cover with cooking oil/olive oil. Grill over high heat both sides 2 mins or until seared. Move to indirect heat and cook for about 20-25 minuets.

I tried this last weekend and will do it again today. Very easy and with great results. Instead of just oil at the end i used italian dressing. Awsome!!

Although fried chicken isn’t bbq, this brine works excellent for fried chicken! Used an outdoor deep fryer so maybe yall will like it.

It’s annoying as hell to have to turn down the sound for the first 30 seconds to mute the ad, but the video is great as usual. I will definitely try the brining next time.

for b.b.q. I would definitely suggest buying boneless with skin chink breasts they are much juicier
