4 Nectarines, halved and stoned
25 Gram Butter, melted (1 oz)
100 Gram Soft brown sugar (3 1/2 oz)
200 Gram Fromage frais (7 oz)
Cinnamon, for dusting
Place the nectarines in a shallow ovenproof dish with the cut side up and brush with the butter. Scatter half the sugar over the fruit and grill for 8-10 minutes until the sugar caramelises.
Place a spoonful of the fromage frais on top of each nectarine, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cinnamon and grill for another 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave for 3 minutes before serving.
Peaches can also be used.
