Sausagemeat Stuffing
For chicken, turkey, veal or beef.
225 Gram Pork sausagemeat (8 oz)
110 Gram Fresh breadcrumbs (4 oz)
1/2 Teaspoon Dried thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Ground nutmeg
2 Teaspoon Parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper
3 Tablespoon Milk
Method
Makes about 350g (12 oz)
Put all the ingredients into a bowl.
Knead well together.
Use as required.
