Kung Pao Vegetarian Squid

Ingredients:

4 tael vegetarian squid

2 tael peanut (strip off)

1 green bell pepper

6 dry chilli

1 cube of ginger

Seasoning:

1 tsp salt

2 tsp soysauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp wine

1 tsp sesame oil

Methods:

1. Blanch the vegetarian squid, keep the seeds of green pepper away and slice, ginger strip and slice.

2. Heat oil, saute dry chilli and ginger, add vegetarian quid and green pepper sliced.

3. Mix the spicies, put into 2 to fly, then spread peanut before tuen off.
