Onken Toblerone muffins

Ingredients

* 75g butter
* 180g plain flour
* 2 tbsp ground almonds
* 75g caster sugar
* 3 tsp baking powder
* 100ml milk
* 100g plain yogurt
* 1 egg
* 1 chocolate
* runny honey, for drizzling

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4. Melt the butter gently in a small saucepan.

2. Sift the flour, almonds, caster sugar and baking powder into a bowl. In a separate bowl or jug, combine the melted butter, milk, yogurt and egg and whisk together lightly.

3. Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients, along with the chopped Toblerone bar.

4. Put paper muffin cases in a muffin tin and spoon the batter into them. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until risen and golden. Serve warm with a drizzle of runny honey.
