@mmaier2112 and I’m pretty sure if you needed raw sugar that badly that you can run out to most fast food places or restaurants and ask for packets of it. They typically have it on hand for folks that order coffee. I find it hard to believe that anyone would have trouble finding raw sugar.

I had to do a dinner for a large group and the dessert was creme brulee. The chef scoffed at my big hardware store torch. He brought out his itty, bitty, “look at me I’m a big time chef blah blah blah’, expensive gourmet torch that did not last for even five portions. We finished them with mine. Home Depot FTW!!!!
