Pineapple and Ginger Surprise
This is a really easy dessert, but serve it quickly or the fromage frais will separate.
3 Tablespoon Clear honey
1 piece Finely chopped stem ginger
100 Gram Crushed pineapple, drained (3 1/2 oz)
400 Gram Natural fromage frais (14 oz)
150 Gram Oatflake and honey biscuits (5 oz)
Fresh pineapple, optional, to decorate
Stir honey, ginger and pineapple into fromage frais.
Crush the biscuits finely and layer 4 individual glasses with fromage frais ending with a layer of biscuit.
Chill until ready to serve.
Decorate with fresh pineapple.
