@Appiebunny sorry to hear that. Keep working hard for better result. This rice cake is a little difficult. “it wouldn’t go through the sifter..” add less water then. Practice makes perfect.

Each layer was too moist? It had clumps and felt like dough & it wouldn’t go through the sifter. I followed the measurements but it didn’t come out right. O_O

can you flavor one of the layers with toasted black sesame instead of the cocoa? If you grind them fine enough the texture might be the same but I was wondering about the flavor.
