Recipe of Churrasco de Minas

REGION: Minas Gerais

INGREDIENTS:

2 lb of beef tenderloin

2 tbs lemon juice

1 mashed clove of garlic

2 tbs of salt

PREPARE:

Soak beef in the lemon juice, garlic and salt. Better if stay soaked overnight.

Grill large chunks of meat. Roast slowly.

SERVE:

Cut outside parts already brown and serve. Keep rare beef on grill and baste with salty water to keep meat juicy.
