salads and sour cabbage

Salads cabbage dish which is loved by my family,every time that I want to eat salads is think this dish because i do it very quickly, for my husband and son then it is easier to eat. Today I would like to share with mother how to make cabbage salads favorite of yourselves!
Raw materials :
- 1 / 4 cabbage
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 / 4 small onion
- 60ml cider vinegar
- 30gr sugar
- 30gr red sugar
- salt, pepper, oil
Cabbage cut thin fibers
Carrot curette thin
For garlic and onion in a blender, minced
In a small pot, for the vinegar, sugar and salt and simmer, medium cooking medium stirring, to cool. Mix onion, garlic and ground pepper in vinegar water – sugar.
