Soy Bean Soup with Pork Cubes

INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 oz (100 g) lean boneless pork, cubed
3 1/2 oz (100 g) soy beans, cooked
3 1/2 oz (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 tsp scallions, shredded
2 tsp fresh ginger, shredded
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
4 cups (1 liter) clear stock
1/2 tsp MSG
RECIPE
  1. Soy Bean Soup with Pork CubesHeat the oil in wok until the oil surface ripples. Add the scallions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the pork cubes. Stir-fry until the pork turns white. Stir in the soy sauce and salt. Add the soy beans and stock. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, and the MSG. Remove and serve.
