STIR-FRIED GREEN BEANS
Almost any vegetable may be cooked this way-bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage, spinach, snowpeas or zucchini, to name only a few-and you can use peeled and deveined shrimp instead of pork.
2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
15 oz (50 g) pork, finely sliced
10½ oz (300 g) green beans, cut into 1-in (2½ -cm) lengths
Salt to taste
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Fry the garlic until it is light brown, than add the pork, stirring until it changes color. Add the beans salt and stir until the beans are tender-crisp.
